OUR STORY

I, Pratham Sutaria, am a CA and an MBA. I always scored really well in school and everyone assumed that I’ll do really well in any field of my choosing. The real challenge was finding satisfaction in any work that I do. I tried all the departments in CA, ranging from taxation to auditing, but only found frustration. As a result, I pursued my MBA with the hope of finally finding job satisfaction in a different profile. However, the history of dissatisfaction kept repeating.

I worked several jobs, only to result in more disappointment. Those were the most frustrating and emotionally draining periods of my life. That’s when I asked myself, ‘What if someone had mentored me better?’ and I knew there had to be a solution to this problem.

My wife, Janvi, and I spoke about how, in India, children at an innocent age have to take a life decision. She told me about her cousin in the United States, who pursued a short internship in a dental hygiene clinic and then in the Public Health sector. Having enjoyed the latter more, she pursued further studies in Public Health.

This was the defining moment of IMMRSE. We continued talking about how this concept can be introduced in India. We were all thinking, breathing, and sleeping IMMRSE. Soon, we both quit our existing jobs and started building on our idea.

We believe that in today’s world, IMMRSE is a must for all students who are looking for a happy and worry-free professional life. We believe that IMMRSE can change many futures.

PRATHAM SUTARIA

CEO

Pratham has pursued his MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and has also completed his Chartered Accountancy (CA). He was a management consultant, working at Accenture on cost reduction projects. He has also worked in the project-financing domain for several years.

DHAVAL BATHIA

MENTOR

Dhaval Bathia is a practising lawyer in Mumbai who leads the training at Genesis Education. He holds the GUINNESS WORLD RECORD for teaching the maximum number of students at a single venue and also the LIMCA BOOK RECORD for teaching in maximum number of schools across the world.

 

JANVI SUTARIA

HEAD PSYCHOLOGIST

Janvi is a clinical psychologist by profession. She has been working with and treating students with various disorders such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, etc. Her immense experience in dealing with students has helped us to develop each simulation scientifically. She has also worked alongside the team to develop the psychometric test.

NIRALII SOMAIYAA

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Niralii Somaiyaa is a Fashion and Textile Graduate from J.D. Institute. She also holds a Post Graduate degree in Art, and is also a qualified IRDA certificate holder. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Sales in different industries, bagging numerous awards and accolades, including Best HR in West Zone and Best Sales from her time in Reliance Life.

GAUTAM UDANI

CTO

Gautam is the CEO of Infini Systems Pvt. Ltd. Infini has developed end-to-end softwares for various e-learning platforms like Navneet E-sense, Sundaram E-class, etc. Gautam has also developed the complete technology for Immrse.

PATHIK BHATT

IT MANAGER

Pathik is an extremely talented Computer Engineer. He has pursued his B.E. and has more than 6 years of diverse experience in web development. He works with a great combination of efficient commitment, tireless work, and extensive knowledge.

ANUSHKA KRIPLANI

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Anushka has completed her Masters in Management from Mumbai University, and holds a Diploma in Travel and Tourism. At IMMRSE, she is a Business Development Manager. She believes that the IMMRSE Virtual Internship Program is the need of the hour for all the students. She brings her passion, hard work, and excellent interpersonal skills to the table.
